1950s or earlier. Beautiful short-sleeved balloon romper with smocking on the bust embroidered in blue and pink, bloomer effect on the bottom with elastics on the thighs. Closed in the back with two buttons and a tie strap, two buttons at crotch. Very good condition, no composition label but undoubtedly cotton.
