Very romantic 2000s piece. Pretty dress with fine floral motif, lightly smocked at the shoulders. Two tiers of ruffles on underskirt, ruffled shoulder, sleeveless. Fully lined with an embroidered white underskirt. Back button closure. 100% cotton, very good condition, made in the Philippines.
