1950s. Hand-finished. Beautiful blouse, probably a school blouse, with fine green & fuchsia checks. Long buttoned sleeves, pleated bust, two front pockets, one buttoned belt. Closed in the back with two buttons (top only, please note this is not a dress). One repeat on the sleeve, but very good condition, cotton feel.
