1970s. Cute light-blue romper with short sleeves, embroidered smocking on bust, elasticated thighs. Closed in the back with three buttons and a tie strap, three snaps at crotch. Very good condition, fabric 65% polyester, 35% cotton, handmade and embroidered in the Philippines.
