Jacadi Vintage. Adorable seersucker dress with multicolored checks, short balloon sleeves, large collar with pleated hem, cross-over closure with three buttons, three unhooked buttons, tie-back strap. Indicated for 2 years, but size large enough to fit up to 3 years. Very good condition, made in Portugal, no composition label but cotton feel.
