A gorgeous light blue cotton ensemble consisting of a short-sleeved blouse with balloon sleeves, smocked at the bust, fastened with four fabric-covered buttons, and a matching pair of bloomers with straps, elastic at the waist and thighs, and straps fastened at the front with two buttons. Very good condition, feels like cotton.
